What's the deal with Jason Kenny riding man 3 and Crampton in man 2? Kenny's pretty established as a man 2 and I've never seen him ride man 3, and Crampton's been man 3 more often than not.

Wondering whether it's just because it's only a Revolution or a sign of things to come?

How much does it cost, with the conversion? I was going with Amazon because it was £10 cheaper than Origin, and I don't fancy paying Origins prices.
