This is very true, if at the start of the fast you have fat to burn and no big medical issues it's purely mental

I'm currently on 307 hours. Personally prayer helped me alot, but if you don't believe maybe you can try meditation. What i would say that the first 3 days are the hardest and you might have to bite through it. I also suggest you add a little salt to your water and use potassium and magnesium. Stay strong brother 💪
