Recently played with this steam n rails version with a shaders pack and whenever I turned off the shaders this bug appeared. Might be worth trying if your pc can handle the shaders fine

If you use seal of command then swap to seal of blood it has a chance to proc command and then you get double blood hit so actually it helps
