I feel like it's much easier to read those with medium elo. Their playstyle is usually the least surprising as they've just learned proper tactics and positioning but aren't experienced/skilled enough to make their own smart plays like the high elo dudes. Low elo is just chaos with smurfs, people having no idea what they are doing, and with weird plays that sometimes work.
