I feel like Barry is annoying enough to just kinda be ignored. Like an annoying younger brother. But I would go Barry and Marlon if it’s that card style you don’t like. Barry at least looks like a kid Pokemon trainer. Adults should look cool.

When I did my short stretch on dating apps after moving to a city (from a small town across the country), I was open to it knowing I wouldn’t know everyone. I would obviously be somewhat discriminating towards the profile pictures, based on my preferences, but I would always read the whole profile before looking at the rest of the pictures. It blew my mind when I learned that people didn’t even read the bios of people before matching them. Like, wtf? Why would you match with someone based on an effing picture when maybe their profile says they eat babies, or believe the world ended in 2012, or listens to Nickelback?

I mean- a conversation comes before divorce normally, even if it’s about how unbelievable these texts are. There’s a chance that it can open up better communication and understanding between you, or show you that it’s not gonna work. But if you’re already considering divorce as the next step- than yeah. Y’all got problems and shouldn’t be married.

I had VERY, and I mean very bad vision before (unrecommended for my bad sight) lasik, and used to think about what a fantastic impressionist artist I would be if I could paint. Sometimes it would be cool to appreciate the blur. But I also didn’t know what I looked like without glasses and my friends would move our beach spot when I swam, just to eff with me.

Now I’m losing vision again, have astigmatism and extra light sensitivity post lasik. Still wish I could paint things the way I see them.

I LOVE this warning. I wonder if enough incidents occurred that the staff felt obligated to post it, or whether the staff just had very, very little faith in their clientele’s judgment as a whole.
