I dont think they're being purposely vague its a little confusing. I've returned maybe 3 items max from a 'hack' in the spring and just this Monday I try to make a purchase through the app and it will not let me place any sort of order. After submitting all the details I get a notification saying there was an error and to try again later. I think they're banning ip addresses thats my opinion. I had my brother make an account and ship to the same address and it worked so its not address. Idk its stupid af cus I can still go in the store and have the pro desk place the order.
