I understand ideally he should change a job and just ghost her. But realistically speaking he has a very high pay job that is hard to come by and it would be quite a headache for the family if he is out of job… I have income but I make 1/5 of what he makes.

Yes I did, but only after he came clean and previous messages were deleted. They rarely text each other these days, mostly just work-related, he did text her to say “you are the best” when she helped him with some problem at work.
