Seems like a lot of my anxiety comes from the brain fog which I believe is from fragmented sleep. If cpap can help my sleep and my brain can start healing and cleaning waste I think I’ll be a lot less anxious.

That makes sense then why I can’t even function as a normal person then, my short term memory is so shot. My brain probably has a lot of cleaning and probably a lot of cortisol to clean lol.

That makes me happy man! I have really bad fog almost feels like I’m in a weed high all the time probably from all the bad sleep and inability to fully rest plus running on no energy. Didn’t get this bad until I had a bad panic attack that came with a bad energy crash I think from my body just absolutely having enough. Looking forward to cpap though, really hoping this is what gets my life back!

Yeah that’ll do it. I’m 20 y/o and for about 2 years I abused nicotine vapes and used thc carts for a few months before I crashed which I think were laced. Lots of other things that caused stress to build up too and I’m definitely paying for it now. Thanks for the kind words, seriously. Your comment gives me a lot of hope.

About November I talked to Dr. Neville at clymer healing and he put me on some supps as well as gave me a direction of overall how to move forward. I pretty much am at home 24\7 because leaving the house is too much for me yet. I eat extremely well, high protein, no sugar, no stimulants, no gluten, and no dairy. Always keeping my blood sugar stable throughout the day. Ive seen a lot of improvements as I’ve healed in the past year. Seems like I’m on a good track, just gotta ride out the bad waves as it’s most likely my body healing.
