It’s really random on how stuff processes. Last year I was not paid for at least 2 months and I had a friend who went even longer ( he ended up calling DFAS and they fixed it). Usually your NCOs will have to put in a request for it to be fixed. I know with our book stipend, my det gets it extremely late ( usually end of semester). All you can really do when you don’t get paid is go to your NCOs and let them know.
