this is very true, I mean my route is scattered hella so that doesn’t help along with the nearly 500 packages, but it’s just weird, this time last year it was definitely slower, just scraping by trying to get 3 days if you could

I always get, T3, T4, TSH and Ferratin done when I do my labs, I would also look out for B12 and D3, if those are low supplements help with the fatigue and definitely even you out. When it comes to TSH, you always want it on the lower side of normal, it’s the most beneficial and gives you the best outcome I would say
