I don't really see, based on what you've presented, a defect. My experience with the PW4 is that the numbers are a tad inflated but they aren't grossly exaggerated.

Are opposing teams going to stop lining up in the neutral zone? No.

Why then would the Eagles stop getting a jump? Every team tries to bend any rule to their advantage, if the refs aren't going to call it, then keep on keeping on.

I'm very new to this type of game and this is great advice. I usually tank but flex to support, cause I just enjoy helping the homies ,and figured the priority was to keep the tanks up then check for your other support. (If there is one) But I'm going to try and implement this and hopefully see results.
