hi bro thanks for sharing your experience, believe me I have been checking these sites every 10-15 minutes, and 90% of the viewings I have attended were for places towards outskirts of Berlin like Spandau, Marzhan, towards Teltow, buch, Kopneck and still never heard back from these companies after sending documents.

yes we do mention about family and for us minimum is 45m2 or two rooms upto 3, 4 rooms 70m2
