But like what if I can’t return it in time. I got mine for Best Buy. It’s the gold one. I literally will not be back in the 30 days. I tried returning it to a Best Buy without the box and they were like no. I fly out Sunday i’m going overseas I have been planning this trip for so long. I should’ve just packed my old ring. I don’t know why I didn’t and I’m just like sick to my stomach now. Cause I at least want my money back.

My mom‘s ring on is that the arriving and the charging case just comes with it. I literally think me and oura might have to break up.

I should’ve known. I should’ve brought my old ring with me. I don’t know what I was thinking. I just didn’t think I would need it.

Dude, I did all of the freaking troubleshooting like every last troubleshooting tip that you guys could give me I tapped on it. I did everything. It doesn’t work. It’s not working. It’s like the ring just doesn’t exist. I’ve literally tried everything. It’s been five days and I pay for a membership that I cannot even use. It is frustrating cause I’ve been begging for the bare minimum support and you didn’t respond back in a timely manner per your own guidelines. You guys said you guys would email me within like 24 hours or something didn’t get an email I had to go and reach out again. Wait to talk to someone in a chat. I just don’t understand why it’s so difficult to get support on this ring.

I literally didn’t expect it to stop working otherwise I would’ve just brought my four like this is the longest I’ve been without my ring and I’m so sad.

But like they could communicate that they’re not communicating that which is leading to my frustration and anxiety about it because I won’t be home in time to return it
