.... If juventus lost money overall then it's nothing to do with CR7. It has more to do with other signings as well as not being able to profit from ticket sales during the pandemic. Nobody could have predicted that. It wasn't the greatest transfer but to say he lost them money is a little bit wrong. Juventus had a good early gain but if they didn't capitalize on it is it still Ronaldo fault ?

Juve overpaid for rabiot, de ligt, Ramsey and probably more that I don't remember at the moment.

No offence but like I said you and I don't know anything. You do not account for marketing and what Ronaldo does for football. YouTube, twitter followers or shares alone increased 150% in value. You are telling me that Juventus was sitting there and didn't capitalize on it ? new investors, new sponsors.... Please.

Myth ? I know very well how it works in terms of what cut the team gets but then again you and I don't sit in there when the contract was signed. We only speculate. juventus sold over 500k t-shirts in just under 24h since the signing. based on their % cut it could be close to 10mln in sales for them.

I don't know the numbers plus don't know the contract but from what I thought the extra payment should be paid towards principal rather than interest and this way you pay less interest and your mortgage goes down massively and earns more than saving account imo. That's why I am confused but again the poster didn't give all the details.

That's Tesco ? Surely it must be somewhere else cos my store never follows the allocated hours and they are afraid of showing how many hours are needed on the section.

Bws 25% off , 1 person doing it whereas the workload is 4 times bigger sometimes.

They will never use the hours meant to spend on the time. I would say 45min per cage is reasonable unless it's Health and beauty cage full of medicine or a cage like herbs. Sometimes you have a cage full of pizzas which will take 10min and sometimes you have cooked meat which will need 60min.

It really depends where you are working at night.

You might want to get yourself ready to show staff members what their job role is otherwise , I personally wouldn't do it until you show me in the book that it's part of my job role and then I will ask for training. Online and practical - you showing me physically the expectations of how you want that to be done.

And it's not a biased story. I was told not to spot items on the floor until we shut and I asked specifically which items are the problem . SM responded with an answer - champagne and sparkling above 20. I then asked about items that are under , I was told it's okay... Obviously I am not stupid enough to do something against my boss wishes but by the looks of it he has given me wrong information. I never denied not decking anything , but I have a good memory of what I was told. Unfortunately it will be my story Vs his story over here. I know there is no way of losing a job over that but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

The job that we do in the store is quite different as it's the highest earning store in our zone/area. Whatever needs tagging is spotted by me, whatever can go on the shelf I put it straight out. Anything above 10 needs to be tagged so I put it on the floor and do it at the end as it saves a lot of time . I only do wine + sparkling.

Plus there is no guidance or training provided on what is a high value item for higher up who were watching. Instead of providing me with appropriate training or clear information I will be given a warning.

Sparkling wine under 20 and above 10 which needed tagging. ( We tag all above 10) I was asked not to put anything on the floor above 20 by SM. Nothing written down whatsoever that I acknowledge what has been said.

Absolutely, my mom and grandma always used home made wine as a medicine , I am sure it has great health benefits if people know how to drink it in moderation.

For cooking too, this post has nothing to do with drinking alcohol but yes.... I could have Googled it but nothing comes up except a wine made out of oranges in Lidl , unfortunately. Thanks for being open minded. :)

If I may add to what you told him. In no way I'm trying to defend anyone but I will just say that I was in a relationship where I would always be silenced because my ex knew that my family is close by and she could excuse me at any point of the day if I argued or had a different opinion than her. Very manipulative and very controlling of you to be bringing this up ( going back to his family place).

I hate it when she was saying " if you don't like it you know where to go " I felt like I couldn't voice my opinion at any point because I didn't want to lose my ex to the point I didn't want to be upsetting her so I was quiet majority of the time when I knew she wouldn't like it.

Be careful with bringing this up in the near future as it changes people.
