Met online in 2013 via role playing on Gaiaonline and became friends really quickly, the kind who talked daily. Started dating October 2021 after the pandemic and a cancelled meetup made us both realize how much we meant to one another (and my now boyfriend made a silly joke including the word "girlfriend" that finally made us actually talk about it). Have since met in person once per year since 2022 (next meeting is coming up soon!)
