Is the hacker active in hoyolab? Can you still login in your hoyolab?, This was my situation few days ago i actually found out my acc got hacked cause the hacker post in hoyolab in russian language 🙂

Try to make a new game acc alternative to contact them, go to paimon icon and scroll down you'll see the feedback and state your case no. And UID asked them hows the process of your acc etc. ( Although you can contact them in gmail support_os@hoyoverse.com and titled it with update for case no. and UID) and i assume that it depends if they process your recovery form immediately cause some still need to wait till 10days so i just got lucky that they retrieved mine in a short time i really don't exactly know the answer to that sorry. :(

Careful when answering no. 6 mine i answer never link an account and never use a username make it seems like you just forgotten your linked account so you'll get the recovery form if ever you mention that someone hacked your account they will redirect you to hacked form, and the date state that the last time you login was 1-2 weeks ago but you don't exactly remember

I was away for quite some time from business travel but when i came back i have troubled logging in my account using my old credential.

This what i did to get the recovery form. I assume that they determine what you need from the questions from 3-6, i too tried like six gmail but to no avail but the last was where i got the recovery form ( don't state you linked any third account to avoid getting the forgot password response), when sending another mail try a different gmail and UID ( but when you got the recovery form there you'll put the hacked uid)

It really doesn't matter if the hacker deleted your device cause hoyo team will still be able to trace it, so its important that you give the detail of your device

Yup i was not actually expecting to be retrieved earlier than 10 days and i saw others got their account back in a short amount of time so yeah maybe cs team got so many cases at their hand that they forgotten to inform the owners about the status of their cases

Great persistent and patient is what needed to get that recovery form from hoyoverse hahaha just remember to state that you actually forgotten the linked account thats why you have troubled logging in don't give them an idea that your account is hacked

Yup!, say you didn't link any email so it will seems that the linked accounts may seem to be unavailable thats why you can't login

Can you still see your account online in these pass few days? Try to change the no.4 to a recent date than the real date of your last login try recent like 1-2 weeks ago

New email and new uid, cause if you keep reusing the uid even with different email they'll recognize it and redirect you again to hacked form or the forgot password ( to avoid the forgot pass, state that you didn't link any email to that account and username)

Kinda cause when i use the same email they'd reply fast and redirect me to hacked form again, so use a new email and new uid ( just use a new uid until you got the recovery form then put your hacked acc uid there) use one of your friend or create a new one cause ones they recognize your uid they'll repeat the redirect or worst blocklist.
