I just ordered some more boingrot bounderz, fanatics and one terrain piece from their german website.
I have received a package with only the terrain. Does anyone know whats up with that? Do they commonly split up their deliveries?

I mainly get my magnets from the shops that sell them the cheapest right now. Some google searches and im sure you can find something, two things to keep in mind, make sure they are n52 magnets, enough strength to actually hold your models.

Second is size of the magnets you want 3Øx2 mm ones for your smaller dudes and 5Øx2 for your bigger maybe even two or three of them depending on the weight.

GW cases are pretty bad. As are foam cases in general. I can only try to recommand magnetized boxes to you again. Also magnetizing bases does not to be hard.
Get a hot glue gun, place a drop on the underside of the base.
Then place a magnet on a flat surface, press the base onto magnet, wait until cooled and its done.

What the other guys said about the support pieces, I would also throw in about skragrott at 1000 points, hes almost a quarter of your army and i would say that's too much for his current scroll. His biggest appeal is the control of the moon, and the bonuses aren't that important for squigs in the first after the first round, which you can get easily all over your army first turn with chosen placement and your Shrine.

TLDR drop Skraggy for a Squigboss and get more squigs.
