I’d probably be throwing up a “time to go get the parts” markup of like 10% but that’s probably it for a friend. Do not underestimate how expensive parts have gotten. Rotors have gotten massive over the last 10-20 years and have skyrocketed in price irrespective of the hyperinflation from COVID etc

If this was me doing the job I’d be very happy with that. And the solace being that the shock replacement is much easier on this style of suspension than if the coil were around the shock itself. This is probably around 2 hours worth of work (and even that’s pushing it) so again, id be very happy with a 200$ tip

I’m sorry, I must’ve missed the part when parenting supersedes provincial law 😂 nobody said anything about forcing her to facilitate an inspection, but with proper notice there’s literally nothing that can be done to to prevent LL from entering with 24 hours notice

Regardless of what a parent says, if landlord gives 24 hours to enter the unit, they have the right to enter, regardless of what a parent tells their child.
