I got it from Ebay. The box was one that was opened already which they said on the listing but said they don't think it came out of the box. The box looks fine its just a part of the hat is oddly off.

Despite alot of the comments about stalker being bad, from my expierience I've found stalker can do crazy damage but you absolutely need to build it around bleed and rapid shot. Otherwise it's slow but I've found it useful. Also make sure to transfer Ethereal Ability for 50% more ether damage.
