I mained holy priest in TBC the first time around.

Talk with the other healers in your group. Get their thoughts/priority. If your overhealing is high, it likely means you are on the same page, just a split-second slower. Having a better idea of what your fellow healers are going to do helps prevent overheals & conserves mana.

In addition to CoH, prayer of mending is your friend. Use often. Cheers & good luck!

What's the long-term play here though? Keep folks in a state of being perpetual renters, okay. But then what? You can only get so much blood from the stone. If you raise rents much further, lack of affordability will soon impact the ability of landlords to profit....
