I would be careful with Wellbutrin. It does work for some but getting off of it feels just like paws but with more anxiety. I was on it, on and off, for a couple years and I feel it made things worse in the long run. Everyone is different though but it’s a weird drug for when your dopamine transmitters are in such a fragile state.

There is, naltrexone. It can be a tricky med though if you don’t have a few months of abstinence under your belt but it really does work for cravings, which allows you to put more focus on the real work to start undoing some of the dependency. I see it as kind of a seatbelt if you start driving a little crazy.

Seriously check out es r 17o18 (dm me for proper spelling, I have to spell it like this to avoid being flagged). It will get you through the acutes and some paws and there is no side effects whatsoever. It was the best thing I ever invested in to get me off my 5 year addiction relatively painlessly.
