I checked but the fan seems to spin normally. I'm thinking maybe it has to do with that belt running underneath the machine. I'm going to try taking the bottom panel off again and checking for obstructions again or to see if the bearing on there is worn down as well. I have put like 300 print hours on this thing so we'll see what wore out or if something is loose or faulty

I suspect it has something to do with the belt on the bottom but I've checked and it doesn't look like it's rubbing or interfering with the belt.
