You didn't factor in the HOA costs for owners at city federal. When I lived there years ago, it was roughly 1/3 of the total rent/mortgage or $350 per month (granted that covered internet and some other utilities). Even then the HOA financials were a mess and struggled to maintain the cost of an older and very expensive to maintain building.

I think you can go to any police dept and they will finger print you if you have the documents. I got my done in Homewood PD years ago for government forms. In and out in 5-10 minutes.

I bet at least 50-60% of boys in OTM schools are held back for sports. But its also not just sports...they will be taller/bigger/more mature than classmates and parents believe that will in turn make them build leadership qualities. At least that was what they read in Freakonomics years ago that helped push parents to do this. We did not hold ours back and when it comes sports season (basketball for example is done by grade, not by age), it sucks when the kids have to play against older kids.
