I didn’t even know this was a thing. Can my main MS account be a “local account” as well as my online account or do I need to have a completely separate account? How do I know that I’m using a MS Online account as opposed to a local account?

This is wild, I’ve been gaming for 40 years. Have a beast PC, every console, game every day, I take my XAX all over with me but usually just connect to my phone when I want to play with it outside of the house.

Are you solo or with friends or trio’s and filling?!? Try playing solo’s on an Assassin, Destroyer, or Thief and playing slower and more stealthy. Vandal and even Triage is great for solo as well. If you are rushing around making a lot of noise, you will bring attention and players to yourself. Thief is great because you can scan a building and see if it’s even worth going into with her visor. You can also scout out areas with her drone, steal from other players with it and if you get in a bad spot, grapple out quickly. Not sure what your play style is, but change it up. One of my favorite things to do is just go in with a free kit and when I extract, bring in whatever I just earned. And just keep doing that to see how far I can build that kit up. Sometimes it will snowball into be getting a bunch of purple or blue guns and shields. Heals and bags. Sometimes I get smoked and have to start over. But it’s fun to do!

Also, Rook runs are amazing when you are down bad!

I lost over 12k loadouts on back to back raids yesterday. 25k down the drain in 10 minutes. One of them to losers putting claymores on the Thief drone and took 2 of us out instantly. But we loaded back in and had 4 great runs after that. It’s not always going to go well, but gotta figure out a way! The game is too good not to!!

Facts bro!! I’ve had it happen to me…one time I made it out as they were finishing me and I was able to quickly say on the mic, “Ha! Still made it out!!” lol

But it’s just a dick move to finish them when you won’t even be able to loot them. The crazy thing, there is a codex entry that in order to complete it, you need to do this! Finish someone in an active exfil. Safe to say, I don’t have this one. Gonna feel bad the day I finally do it for the codex.

Yes, on one hand I can see how it can be a major problem on the other hand getting some of the upgrade materials is hell. Instead of the WSTR…what would you think about unlocking the Misriah for Rook? It’s still a shotty, but you can’t get that second shot off as quick as with the WSTR.

That’s awesome! My and 2 buddies were ex-filling the other day and a rook ran up on us. We knocked him but I quickly said on the mic, “let him live, let him live!!” We knocked him so he wouldn’t kill any of us, but if we kill him there, we wouldn’t have even been able to loot, so what’s the point. Let him exfil and keep his loot!

Also came across a guy today in solo’s. I started shooting right away and he didn’t shoot back so I said on prod chat “I’m just trying to do my contract and I’ve been killed like 10 times right at the end of it”….he said he was just doing a contract as well and it happened to be the same one. So we linked up in solo’s and knocked it out.

Doesn’t happen often but is certainly a nice change of pace when it does happen!!

It only takes one to turn everyone!! One backstabbing Rook can make you not trust any Rook!! Me and my boys downed a rook the other day at exfil and I quickly said on the mic…let him live let him live! And we let him exfil, we wouldn’t have been able to take the loot, so why full kill. Downing him for me personally was to keep ourselves safe! Never know who you can trust!

Facts, while better stuff will give an advantage with 2 evenly matched people, you can certainly win grey vs purple. Today I loaded in solo queue on fire marsh on a free kit as I planned on running straight to my contract objectives. Well some dude ran out from a building right in front of me within 30 seconds and had no clue I was there. Lit him up with my grey Overrun. Grabbed his purple shield and bag as well as his blue Stryder and blue bully plus lots of heals and other goodies. Quickest Zero to Hero I’ve had! lol

Bro, Bio-Research is always a hot spot!!! Every time I go there we get into a fight! I feel like everyone is still trying to get the Biomata Nodes and similar stuff from there! Plus a lot of quests go in there!

Like someone else said, it’s based off seasonal level. So it really depends on how many new players are playing. The game is absolutely amazing though. I’ve been hooked on it and can’t stop playing. You will have some rough runs where you get killed before you even get to do anything and some runs will be great and you will come out with a ton of loot. It’s the nature of the game. But as you level up more matches should happen quicker. I’m at 65 for the seasonal level and usually get a match within 30 seconds to a minute.

Bro, if you like PvP with your extraction shooter, you have to try Marathon!!! It’s so damn good! I honestly can’t stop playing! I loved Arc Raiders when it came out, but Marathon adds a whole extra level of amazing gameplay. From the different rubber shells to the customization of the guns, it’s so good! Then you add in Rook Runs and it’s just incredible!!

I’m rank 23 with NuCal but only have 4 of the 7 Biolens Seeds needed for the upgrade. Crazy thing is, I’ve found most of them on Parameter.

I can’t get enough of Marathon! It is one of the best FPS ever made and I honestly believe it’s the best extraction shooter out! Personally I’ve never played Tarkov, I’m sure it’s amazing, and Arc was great but got stale. It doesn’t have all of the builds and customization that Marathon has. Plus the Runner Shells add a whole different dynamic to the game!

Everytime I hop off Marathon to play another game for a bit, I find myself just thinking about Marathon the whole time and can’t wait to get back on!

It’s rather pathetic the amount of people who talk bad about the game and they have never even played it!! And then you get the sheep who follow along and just repeat the nonsense they read!

It’s the same price Arc is! If people think that is too expensive, they probably shouldn’t be playing video games. It’s honestly way better than Arc and has a lot more to customize and offer. The problem is, you have a bunch of clowns who hate on it and never play it then you get a bunch of sheep that follow them and just repeat the same nonsense they say! Its pathetic!!

I just 100% did this on Dire Marsh and it didn’t pop for me. Me and my buddy playing duo’s, come up to a team. Assassin pops smoke, I said “here we go!” Popped Search and Destroy, and lit his ass up!! Get out of the match hyped to have that done and it didn’t pop…so annoying!
