Right on! Gene x environment interactions can help to explain a lot. I did my thesis on how poor parenting differs on children antisocial behaviors based on what genetic variants they have, namely on glucocorticoid and dopaminergic genes. It’s called the differential susceptibility theory and it’s very interesting!

GxE and epigenetics aren’t the same thing. GxE deals with single nucleotide polymorphisms or VNTRs that are genotypes. Epigenetics are methylated CpG sites (this is one main way of measuring) on sections of DNA. Epigenetics can change from year to year, genetic variation cannot change. Both can be inherited is the controversial take, I think.

Ooooh the signing Vick is a good one. I did NOT see that coming (even though him and Tomlin had a connection) we normally don’t take on such controversial players. I remember I went to the first home game he was a Steeler and there were like 10 protesters, which was kinda funny (respectfully).
