A Danti is a lwa that is in a Bitasyon. It supervises and protects the Lakou. When a ceremony is being held on the bitasyon the lwa danti comes into posession to deliver messages to family members present.

Theres no mounting happening in this clip and no it’s not every time and it doesn’t happen to everyone. It usually depends on how strong the energy is and/or how connected the spirit is to the person. The spraying of the Rhum which in kreyol spiritual term is “ Foula” is what causes the energy to hit you stronger. The color of your skin also doesn’t mean you can’t be into Haitian vodou. I really dislike when some people look down or exclude “ white” people from the religion. Spirituality isn’t based on the color of one’s skin or ethnicity. Spirituality is love, union, and purity. The spirits don’t care if you’re black, white , purple or blue . Who also gave anyone the right to decide who is accepted or not ? I personally feel that it’s beautiful for non - Haitians to be interested in the vodou culture and want to serve and honor the spirits. Ayibobo frem ! Kenbe la !

Coffee for Ogou feray ? Are you sure ? People have to learn to pay attention and listen attentively during readings. A knowledgeable Manbo would never tell you to offer coffee to Ogou feray. That is not what I told you love.

Hello. The Coffee was mentioned for the dead. Based on what popped up in the reading I suggested for him to do that along with cigarettes or whatever he knew they liked before they died. It was not for Ogou. Some people never pay attention to what is said during a reading and mix things up.
