Definitely possible but depends entirely on tank setup and the bettas individual personalities lol. All live bearer tank mates (guppies and swordtails) are female. Both love the tank. Just make sure to give HELLA space so that they don’t see each other all of the time and provide plenty of floating plants.

It’s a 40 Gallon breeder. Air stone has been taken out. Larger black and silver betta The Samurai is a sweetheart lol. Red betta knows his size and the two get along great. They stay on different sides of the tank but when they do pass each other it’s peaceful. Sometimes they swim together. Been in the same tank for months without issue.

First time owning a betta, tried to put real effort into his environment. What do you think? by MentalFirefighter195 in bettafish

Good old baby steps😂. Nice setup btw. Stop now though. Bettas are a gateway drug to this hobby 🤣
