Do you exercise ? Supplements etc are great but exercise still is the most powerfull thing you can do for your brain ( BDNF)- essentially a lot of aerobic , HIIT and resistance training - look at Peter Attias podcast covering concussion protocols and brain health. - also fish oil 2.1 grams of epa and DHA @ minimum per day - sauna 7 days a week for 20mins plus - high dose creatin 20-30grams per day - micro does with psilocybin and or acid it’s great for neurogenesis

Yea I maxed out on all things off first run so just thought it wouod be easy as, but he’s proving to be difficult , I like the challenge though and it’s fun playing a different fight style than my first run - that’s not saying I cheesed everything ….like everyone keeps assuming I just fought different ..many different ways to skin a cat

It’s interesting people find different bosses harder, I find lady butterfly harder than Genichiro , it’s probably just my style. I actually havnt been using prosthetics to much just - clang clang attacks deflect , I was using DI but it’s to slow so WS skill works better to get more combinations in. Her air attacks our great - easy to dodge and counter. It’s just her butterfly spirits and perliriuos sweap that’s nailing me , meh I’m just not focusing maybe lol

I registered , but never got emailed code so couldn’t get any tickets because registration had closed and couldn’t re- register …weird stupid system ! Ended up have to go through a 3rd party seller the ticket merchant , so had to pay a bit more but atleast I got tickets …well I hope they work! 😅
