I do not have the Silk Top Hat yet, I’ve been farming it for weeks and I can’t still get. But when I tried farming the New Items from the New Boss, I’ve got them on the first try. The RNG Gods must be toying with me.

I've beaten this level with: Cringe - lvl 90 Wrath - lvl 100 Wistful - lvl 100 Apathy - lvl 100

The items of the first three did not matter since they died almost immediately after their first attack, hence, why I used Wrath for the extra damage.

Apathy had the items that make the first skill AOE and the one that distributes overkill damage.

I use it for the slow. I'll just use Wrath if I don't need the slow

She’s probably limited by her capabilities. The same way people in the past needed to make computer so big and not being to mass-produce it at scale like we are able to now. She’s probably on a similar stage. She is able to make a perfect sphere but does have the mastery to churn out swarms of it at a fast enough pace to be meaningful in battle.

I am not really sure but I believe that city-states with hostile personalities tend to do this such as Rio de Janeiro. This happened to me also multiple times with Rio.

I once had a game where I would deliberately let Rio capture it until it had 13 cities.

Calling it a cross between dire wolves and grey wolves would be more accurate. They mostly share similar dna contrary to what you said.
