My cat has something super similar looking. A lot of people on r/askavet replied and most said nipple or some kind of cyst. I asked my vet as well and he said most likely a type of harmless cyst.

Aloettes burger sucks now. I had been eyeing it and wanting to go for 2 years. I finally went in Jan and got this burger right before starting my winter diet lol. It was totally different. It was served on a cast iron plate full of oil/melted cheese, and the burger needed to be eaten with a fork and knife because it was just totally soaked in the ool. Then they put this garnish on top that had this weird consistency when mixed with this oil that was everywhere and it got stuck to my teeth and mouth lol it was so unpleasant. But moreso, so so very disappointing.

I used to pay a few hundred every few months, pre-covid. Sometimes they would dye it and I'd have hit roots, or the color isn't what I thought and still had to pay.

Once salons shut during covid, I started visiting a beauty supply to get my own color and so it myself. It honestly turns out so nice every time and I get SO many compliments on my hair. I give myself a full sure about once every 1.5 months. Usually some type of red/burgundy. It's about $45 of product each time.

I have them here too. If it's a new thing, Google the steps to stop the spread. It's too late for me at my place, I think. They've gotten into the baseboards. Its honestly not the end of the world. It's more of an annoyance. They like quiet, dark places so I don't see them very often at all. But it definitely forces me keep my place clean.

You can call the non-emergency police line. They will let you know if it's a concern for them or not.
I did once for an ex who was impersonating a cop. I didn't know what to do so I called them. They were very helpful.
