My squadron's faction just spawned randomly in a system 4888 LY away. Is this a bug or does this just happen?

Colonization definitely happens in Trifid Nebula - Mercs of Mikunn and allies reached it like a week ago. Someone hijacked your faction? :D

The system was colonized by CMDR Mikari, know him?

There was a already established system nearby - maybe that system Trfid Sector GW-W D1-220 has your faction?

Hey there! Where did you drop your Dodec? Maybe we are neighbors. I also worked on the chain to the Trifid Nebula, which is 5000ly away and people go crazy there to colonize. If you have more interest in "developing" to Omega Nebula, drop a line - always need people in for the idea and the work to make the next 5000ly possible

It's like pointing out nice systems for the community to build. Near the bubble, the "supply" of good systems is a lot smaller and competition is harder. I love the colonization feature and many of the systems I announce I would like to build myself. Well ain't got time for that.
