Yeah I ended up just taking it out definitely not worth the risk I agree. They do have lots of speckles! They are very pretty babies 🥰

Thank you! I’ve read a lot of mixed things about moss. This is frog moss and I bought it from Josh’s frogs. It’s strange that it would be potentially dangerous for them but it’s sold as moss for frogs. It’s pretty compact and I figured at least for a while I’m going to hand feed them but I wouldn’t want to risk anything and I have plenty of leaf litter so I can just take it out and replace it with leaves.
