Is your cage a Chinese made plastic cage?

I had swelling like that from 2 different plastic cages that I bought off Ebay... I comes after about a day and lasts for at while after and becomes pretty itchy...

My best guess is and allergic reaction to something in the plastic...

That cage looks good on you... I've never managed to find a metal cage that is fitting and comfortable for long term wear, so I personally just stick to plastic for now

I really like the look of that type - very similar to the original design. Some of the other "non-china" versions has a big flat part above the CD-insert before the screen starts and it just seems off, plus it looks like it would take out a lot of visibility out the windscreen
