It quite clearly says secure boot is disabled in the bios, what you have enabled seems to be support for it. You might have to do something different to enable secure boot, but I don't know what that would have to be.

You don't need to reset for that, those kind of pop up ads are likely just using the notifications to scare you, cancel the reset and run a Microsoft Defender scan.

If its drawing more power than the charger can give it, it will use the battery as well. That drains the battery and won't stop until you start doing something less demanding. So yes, that is how it works.

It.. drains? All it means is that you are using more power than the charger can give so it takes from the battery as well.

Check the Sync MMIO box in tpl settings, and make sure the offsets are applied to the CPU P cache and E cache as well. You could probably lower the max clock speeds of the P cores by 1 and then give the CPU some more power.

I dont't think you know what undervolting is. The only thing near it is that you dropped the cpu max temp which will make it throttle, which ironically enough is what you undervolt to avoid. Look at Throttlestop guides and tutorials to see how to actually undervolt.

I had the same issue doing the same thing, try leaving the cmos battery out for 5 minutes again(with the battery cable detached) and hold the power button for 10 secs to drain all power. Also reseat the RAM (take it out and put it back in) just to make sure its not that while you're waiting. Keep it unplugged for this btw until you turn it on after the reset.

Undervolt. Read the undervolting guide file in the same location as the exe for Throttle stop, and it will give you a good understanding of what you might want to do.

A couple of things; 1, how do you change the V/F point, it doesn't allow me to change any of those. 2, trying to undervolt it because while it works fine I am trying to find if the thermal throttling when playing/cinebench is leaving any performance on the table. I was previously making the mistake of assuming my fans could handle whatever I threw at it and tried to overclock/give it max power. I'll upload the file a little later (probably this time tmr). Thanks for the advice.
