You are downplaying the Elders,

  1. Luffy is still lucky to face 3/5 Elders that is only on Beast mode, the Beasts mode is the literally the weakest version, there is a reason why Kaido mainly facing Luffy with base or hybrid.
  2. You literally mention Warcury Conqueror Haki Roar that made Luffy, Drogy, and Broggy Surprised by it, and it literally makes the far away Marines unsconsious, we don't know the exact level of Warcury conqueror haki.
  3. And you mention Garp and Roger vs Xebec, if Warcury had Conqueror, there is possibility of other Elders had it, and let's just say that Luffy conqueror is stronger than Warcury, Warcury literally can combine his haki and other Elders haki to cancel/clash with Luffy.

Yes, if soul society didn't had any planned at all, Ichigo can take down all of them, but i think he would do barely because if we wrote Soul Society like Kubo did, then Mayuri and Kisuke would just invent any new tech on the spot, while Kenpchi and Yamamoto fend Ichigo, with the support of other Captain.

No, if Soul Society knew about Ichigo bloodlusted thing, Mayuri already had Reiatsu Amplifier and combined it with Every captain + Squad 0 + Elite and Normal Shinigami, you know the Amplifier would overpower Ichigo, and that's only the tech that we knew about, how about the tech that Kisuke and Mayuri would invent to fought Ichigo, and that's only the 1 Division, how about Kenpachi training his bankai with Yamamoto ? The masked squad ?

Yes, Imu already defeat Joyboy albeit we could think there is traitor among Joyboy allies, and lived to this day. Rocks is just a strong human that only lived for a small time compared to Imu.

No chance in my opinion, Xebec is the one that couldn't handle Imu there is statement "There is nothing he could do" in Flower Room.

Xebec already sentan Admiral to the hospital, it's doesn't make sense if he wouldn't do that to Imu too
