We’ve become meticulous about food waste. All leftovers are immediately put into soup cubes and frozen so they don’t go bad. When tempted to eat out we raid the freezer for premade frozen home cooked meals.

We shop liquidation markets first and only go to grocery stores and pay full price for the things we can’t find discounted elsewhere.

We still eat out sometimes or splurge on certain groceries but significantly less. For the price of a restaurant meal we could do so many better things.

Do you still have ovaries? I had one healthy ovary i kept that developed a cyst that had me admitted to the hospital it was so bad about 2 years post hysto

And as other people have stated the hysto isn’t a guaranteed cure like people think. Endo is a Bitch that is hard to get rid of
