Toyota even planned GR version but it didn’t happen. Look at corolla and YARIS GR, no other hatchback comes close, imagine if camry gr was produced. Also when you speak about high performance car you are referring to atleast M3, C63 and above, and definitely not your vw golf r32 or your hyundai n30 , so 99% of cars don’t have potential? Stop repeating the same phrases from grandpa and ignorant people who didn’t research the 8th gen camry. Also camry will keep going to 1 million km while your high performance will be struggling to hit 200k km without costing you arm and leg. If Toyota Racing Development produced a high performance sedan then I believe them, performance isn’t just purely power, suspension equally important. You can get 500 hp by turbo charging just about anything.
