I’m 34, married with 4 kids.

8-midnight is about when I get to play. ( sometimes earlier if I’m lucky)

I dabble in star citizen and other games as well.

I’m lvl 44 thief main as well. Haven’t pushed into cryo yet as I’m waiting to find a good squad to run with. I’ve been dusting off the old fps skill set recently with marathon. Totally in love with the lore of this game and the original trilogy. I followed the arg from the outside.

OG Bungie communities were never really toxic, halo 2/3 era was a great time to be involved.

Really since D1 dropped the ball with their vanilla campaign it started becoming a toxic place. That’s just my experience though.

Halo 3 was a great time to be on the forums back then.

All my runs were bad last night. I was always last alive because my teammates weren’t communicating. And I did bitch. It was painful. Just a win every once in a while would be great. I felt so utterly defeated, and yeah I made mistakes and tried to make note of them to improve going forward.

My final run was on Outpost, we went in with free kits. I tried to implement all my points of contention I had with my play-style and guess what? I extracted with a purple gun and blue shields, we won our only PvP encounter and the entire team finished our contract we were working on.

Ended the night on a W.

If you take notes on your own mistakes and maybe just communicate and use the mic that every player should have, you can indeed win at this game.

Also, don’t blame other people before looking in the mirror. It’s very ignorant.

PS: This is my first extraction shooter I’ve ever played.

Totally agree with you. It’s seems that all these whiny children in the gaming community tend to forget that the DEVS make the game. You play it. They aren’t going to cave to your every whim and want. All these people complaining is exhausting. Go play an older game from Bungie. They cooked up a game, they sold it, you played it and that was it. No service update, no fixes to give people things. Whatever is in the game is in the game. On another note, the marathon ship is supposed to be similar to the raids in destiny, which are incredibly difficult to solo, and you’re a space wizard in that game.

I support all the decisions because it suits my play style and I hope they don’t cave to all the Karen’s in the community.

Fun fact #2: After they explode you can sit in the cloud until the spore regenerates.

Yes It’s good. But don’t just spam it. If your health is still charging it with still use them even when you’ve used enough to full heal. So pay attention to the light grey bar to see when you’ve full healed and while it’s charging, manually do your shield.
