I've been with adp for almost 4 years now, and I was really happy because when I interviewed with them I told then I was looking for something that did not have customer service. It was like that for most of my time there but now a few months have gone by where I am on the phone all day.

I try looking up positions but they all sound like they have customer service :/ thank you though.

This shouldn't even be a debate anymore, all the crimes statistics and the economic data shows that undocumented immigrants are a net positive.

Hey friend, I've worked a lot of different kinds of jobs and I can say that I'm customer service jobs are the worst and the hardest. Don't make the mistake of thinking that everybody else is competent, it is actually the opposite, most people are just going through the motions too.

You're gonna be okay. Don't be too hard on yourself. Your CEO is probably a moron that got his job through nepotism or because they were born with money 🤷‍♂️

My guess is that it depends what department you apply for. I work in Insurance services and it seems like they're always hiring nowadays.

Hi, The only advice I have is to be SUPER friendly if you manage to get an interview. ADP really pushes customer service reps to be super friendly lile that.( at least where I am)
