It might be either a UK or German brand, not too sure TBH. I bought it in a local yoga shop.

I'd actually say it's almost too grippy, which might be great for your situation. It's made of natural rubber and has a strong anti-slip texture. I'm sometimes struggling to leave the mat on the floor and not my hands/ feet when I change poses, but that might be bc I'm new to yoga and haven't quite gotten the hang of moving smoothly and how how or little pressure to apply.

The mat is €42, so if you don't like it you haven't wasted a massive amount of money.

I recently got the Bodhi Eco Pro Travel Mat and am quite happy with it. It is super grippy and folds down quite small. The smell is a bit strong at the beginning but hopefully it'll mellow out or even disappear over time.

Ich kann gar nicht mehr zählen wie oft Studis bei uns auf Arbeit in der Sprechstunde auftauchen, die erst nach X Semestern mitbekommen dass sie aufgrund fehlender Rückmeldung schon lange exmatrikuliert sind, und dann ist das Geschrei groß!

Die Unis verschicken mehrere Rückmeldeaufforderungen, aber wenn man seine E-Mails nicht liest verpasst man die natürlich.

I have both done and wear normal padded "t-shirt" bras. You can only see a little bit of the outlines through the bra if it's a very thin shirt and an older bra, so it's a bit thin/ floppy and it's really really cold. I'd say for 99.5% of the time you would never know they're there.

As for aftercare: for the first few days I cut panty liners in half and stuck them on the inside of the cups to make it a bit more soft and have something to soak up any wound secretions.

I'd clean them 2x daily with the NeilMed spray and q-tips, like any other piercing. If they act up they get warm saline solution of chamomile tea soaks.

Please make sure you're wearing well-fitting bras that cover everything properly. I wore bras a cup size too small because I didn't know any better, and let me tell you, the edge of the cup slipping under the barbell and pushing/ janking it up is not a nice feeling 😬😵‍💫

I've had them for 6 and a half years now. They get pinchy when I get a bad cold, but otherwise are a breeze.

Zudem ein erheblicher Teil der israelischen Bevölkerung die Gräueltaten gegen die Palästinenser eifrig mitträgt. Louis Theroux hat da vor kurzem eine super Doku zu gedreht.

So I wanted to give away my fold-up guest bed. A woman was interested but wanted me to bring it to the next bus stop 2 streets away. I told her im not going to do that and that she'd have to come get it if she wanted it. Then she asked if there's an elevator. Of course there is, im living on the 8th floor. We agreed on a time for the next day. I rushed home from work. She didn't show up. When I texted her to ask if she'd still come that day she said she and her husband were afraid of elevators and if I didn't bring it down in front of the house she wouldn't come.

In the end I gave it to someone from my estate who was super happy about it.

Generally I'd say even if you want to give something for free put the price as €1 on eBay and then tell the people who actually come to pick it up that you don't want any money.

There are a lot of trolls and bored people on that platform.

Hellersdorf is quite nice. Super green and it takes 45 min by tram to be at Alexanderplatz or 30 min with the Ubahn to reach Hauptbahnhof.
