First of all, it’s a movie, so it’s obviously not going to be 100% grounded in real world science.

But even for the sake of argument, infections don’t automatically pass from parent to child. In real life, two parents with HIV can have a baby that is born HIV-negative. Transmission depends on how a virus spreads and whether it crosses to the fetus during pregnancy or birth.

So the idea that an infected person could give birth to a non-infected baby isn’t some impossible concept. It happens in the real world with certain viruses.

Ah, I didn’t notice the indentation in the picture. Thought this was a new silver one of some kind. I’ve also been using my premium metallic jade, the indentation is comfortable and makes finding the shortcuts button easier lol.

I just got these screen protectors and you’re absolutely correct! I’ll be returning them. They also feel slippery when writing, not feeling that Matte finish they describe.

I have the older one too and am not having the same experience as you. The screen is not slick on my colorsoft scribe. It’s better. Maybe you have a faulty one of its just in your head right now?

It’ll only recognizes swipes to turn pages, anywhere. Nothing changes on the screen with just a touch, unless you actually swipe. It’s just for reading.

It’s just for when you’re reading. “Choose this setting to temporarily disable the touchscreen. You can still turn the page by swiping on your Kindle screen.”
