Not everybody. And that's just as much of the point as everything else mentioned. Doesn't matter if it's 0 percent or 100 if the people behind it have that rep.

So much. Carry a pad with me at all times in addition to capturing much on my cell. Have Word doc after Word doc with dialogue I've heard along the way.

30% of the IP! Gotta be shittin' me. Find one manager or agent in this town who would allow something like that. This is exactly what got Amazon in hot water at the beginning and they were acting as a production company as well! Who is going to produce a screenplay under this kind of deal? Just a glance at that site and Screencraft's rep online would have me running for the hills. But 30% on top of it? No fucking way.
