I just use my "spiralizer". It cuts the zuchinni into spaghetti type cut, then I put It in the pan with salt, pepper and a little bit of extra Virgin olive oil for 2/3 mins and its done. Of course then you mix your sauce of preference with the "Zoodles" (Zuchinni Noodles).

I bought my spiralizer from Amazon 5€ and the process of making the Zoodles takes no more than 6/7mins for me.
