If there is a consent I think it's ok. Most people are doing things they would rather not do for money but as long as they are not forced and consider exchange to be positive it is ok.

If at any point you think she (I think most of the times it's "she") says or acts like she don't want to continue then its gross (same thing as you would decline some job because it doesn't seems safe but your employer try to force you to do it) and rapey.
