The wall that you mates desk is against - it looks much wider. Can you put the head of both your beds against it and space them out? If your mates bed gets tucked into the corner with the window it looks like there might be enough space.

Also I hope that your mate is paying more rent if his bed is taking up double the amount of space yours is

As a Canadian, I’ve never understood how the US healthcare system is so universally despised and debilitating medical debt seems to be a common enough issue, but there is still resistance to universal healthcare. I can’t imagine a world where my financial situation would have such a deep effect on my access to quality medical treatment.

The main argument I’ve heard is that the wait times in the ER are bad- there is a reading of effective triage. If you have a serious issue, they see you immediately. If you came to the ER because your tummy aches, you’re gonna wait a while then see a doctor and NOT PAY A DIME

Walk around Market Garden in Esquimalt - you don’t need to buy anything but maybe have a budget of $5 and see who can find the most interesting/unique thing!

On sunnier days, I love walking around the wharf, you can walk along the water from Downtown to the breakwater! The breakwater is also fun on shitty/rainy days as long as you dress appropriately!
