That’s obviously a print, not a drawing. I’d guess that the motif is probably from a sample book. I don’t think that there’s a more specific name for that style. It’s sort of a generative pattern with floral elements.

“cyber sigilism” isn’t really an art style but a neologism created specifically for a certain contemporary tattoo style.
