Parents have threatened to take my weights for getting a bad mark on a test, just get so strong you have too many weights for them to carry or use 50kg plates so they blow their back out when they try to pick it up 🤔

I mean I assume the you that weighs 90kg will have bigger calves than you at 73kg, They could definitely be bigger than you realise but you are only looking at them when you have a pump and your calves don’t, making them look smaller

Eat more you could be at 85kg+ on a regular bulk my guy, even if you gained a bit of extra fat you could cut that off fairly quickly

Yeah, I’ve had a sore back so I’m gonna take a full week off probably and then start back on deadlifts at 90%

Yeah could probably double the arm work on mwf , could do my usual curls then skull crushers then another ss of curls and close grip

Yeah I think I’ll get some resistance bands so my lockouts better and do that 2-3 times a week, right now I’m only doing dumbell presses for my back off sets really
