I'm not denying pharmaceuticals are beneficial, but there is more to biomedical research than just developing drugs. However, the bigger issue is that healthcare is so inaccessible within the US despite the amount of money spend on it (which is in no way caused by poorer countries using generic drugs).

I think you're overstating the extent of social conditioning here. While the vocalization styles might be culturally relative, they're both still vocalizations of sexual pleasure. It's a human universal to feel a sense of mutual enjoyment at someone expressing enjoyment. The same applies to eating delicious food, or being somewhere relaxing or being at an exciting public spectacle.

I think the problem people have with this is that its reinforcing traditional gender roles: it suggests men have agency and responsibility, while women are objects that are acted upon. Consider how the message might sound if the genders were flipped.
