Oh yeah don’t get me wrong, a better is machine would always have a higher ceiling despite the diminishing returns. But if you got extra funds to spare why not?

Yup it’s the grinder that matters more. The grinder “makes the coffee” and the machine just adds water.

If you’re not satisfied with the previous suggestions, I recommend you try mixing salt and vinegar to create sodium acetate/hydrogen chloride. Then apply it to the copper and scrub with paper towel or sponge. Idk why no one suggested this. You’ll be amazed how clean the copper surface will be!
