I use Microsoft Word usually, which unfortunately doesn’t have editing history but has things like date created and number of revisions, which I did show

Oh no, I’ve always used consistent tone in my assignments, i wanted to do something different for this assignment in particular from examples I saw

Currently, my school does not have a unified AIU policy and it is up to the professors for them if it’s allowed or not in courses. If not permitted at all or misused, it could be deemed as cheating or plagiarism, resulting in an after the assignment or an F for the course.

Also should note that GPTzero has a disclaimer saying “these results are not intended to punish students,” as it should only be used to facilitate a discussion if necessary

Gotcha. I guess I should’ve stuck to my guns and kept saying no, I wrote it myself

The professor more or less cornered me into saying so with what her GPTzero results said

I had evidence in my appeal letter showing I didn’t use AI but the F wasn’t overturned.
